Your Pride In London
Following 2022’s 50th anniversary, Pride in London is building out its volunteer team as we look forward to our next 50 years.

Pride in London has a renewed sense of purpose to highlight the challenges still facing the LGBT+ community today despite our community’s progress. We are run by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity and are drawn from all walks of life. Pride aims to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues and campaign for the freedoms that will allow all of our community to live their lives on a genuinely equal footing.
Around 150 people volunteer year-round to help us deliver what has become a world-class Pride. It is our intention for Pride in London to best represent all parts of our community.
We continue to actively encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, such as women, people of colour, marginalised or minority communities and faith groups, and those from the trans and non-binary communities.
Purpose of Role
In the Stages Team we are looking for Production Leads and Production Assistants to work across our 6 stages on the day.
This is a great role for anyone that loves production and live events and wants to make Pride in London the no.1 free event in London. You will work as part of a small team overseeing one of the stages in the run up and on the day. This means juggling lots of elements, being a real team player and enjoying problem solving on your feet.
Prior to the day you will work closely with the Talent Team to gain all the information that we need to make your stage run, this includes lyrics, music, accreditation and production requirements. On the day itself you will be the linchpin between the Talent, Stage Management, production company and wider Pride Team, ensuring that all production and artist elements are in place for each performer prior to their arrival and ensuring everyone has the best experience whilst on site with us.
Everyone is expected to muck in to help during busy times and work as a team to get the job done.
Working with the Talent Team you will ensure the artist has an effortless time and they fulfil all of their obligations.
The role requires interaction with performers, suppliers, community group and other affiliates of Pride in London so great communication skills are key.
You should have a good understanding of events and production and ideally have worked on an event before.
An eye for detail is essential as well a being able to use online forms and Google Drives.
