Main Responsibilities
● Work with the Volunteer Engagement and Communications teams to develop and execute an internal communications plan.
● Build and develop relationships with Pride in London volunteers
● Build and nurture a team if deemed necessary
● Work with the content team to develop internal communications materials
● Manage internal communications platforms e.g. e-mails, Facebook groups
● Work with the Director of Volunteering to deliver All Team Volunteer Meetings.
Technical Requirements/ Knowledge
● Understanding of Dotmailer desirable but not essential.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

top of what’s coming up, what’s going out and where we should be focusing.
Hours
This is a role that requires a long-term commitment. The time required will vary week by week. On average, you can expect the post to take 10-20 hours per week.
All work is carried out at home, although we will require attendance at monthly Communications Team Meetings (usually on a Saturday morning in Central London), Senior Communications Meetings (usually on a weekday in Central London) and Volunteer Engagement Meetings (usually on a weekday in Central Londo
