Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your role
Pride in London seeks an IT administrator to take charge of the systems and services empowering our teams. You'll ensure email flows, tools keep running, and our online presence stays strong by managing domains, security, and ongoing enhancements. In this essential role, you'll collaborate with all areas of Pride in London to provide critical guidance, training, and hands-on tech support. We count on you to sustain seamless operations no matter what developments unfold.
Your responsibilities:
Administer all Google systems and Pride in London digital platforms to ensure optimal uptime and security
Deliver timely tech support across all teams; compile routine reports on system health and performance
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve service disruptions, software bugs, and hardware failures
Provide how-to guides and one-on-one training to assist volunteers in effectively navigating technology resources
Recommend and spearhead new solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency, cybersecurity, and end user productivity
Set up and manage email accounts across the organisation
Keep current with the latest tech developments relevant to Pride in London’s operational needs
What you’ll bring:
2+ years experience administrating Google Workspace environments and cloud-based systems
Expertise troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues in cloud platforms
Proficiency managing Chrome OS devices, Mac/Windows workstations, mobile devices, and other hardware
Strong grasp of cloud security best practices
Excellent verbal communication and client support skills
Ability to create training materials and instruct non-technical staff
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Fast learner who can quickly adopt new cloud services and methodologies
Passionate about improving processes through cloud technology

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBTQ+ communities and improve the event.
