Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.

With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role

Pride in London is seeking a Campaigns Manager to join our volunteer marketing team. As our Campaigns Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Campaigns to execute creative marketing initiatives throughout the year.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with Pride in London's mission and values

• Support the development and implementation of campaign timelines, deliverables, and success metrics

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners to produce campaign assets

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the Head of Campaigns

• Assist in managing relationships with community stakeholders and campaign partners

• Contribute to the ideation and planning of creative campaigns that resonate with diverse LGBTQ+ communities

• Help maintain campaign documentation and processes

What you'll bring to the role:

• 2+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated campaign management expertise

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with digital marketing platforms and social media

• Understanding of diverse LGBTQ+ communities and current social issues

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends - this is a volunteer role alongside your regular job

• Experience working with creative teams and agencies is a plus
