Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!
Your Role
Pride in London is seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Producer to join our social media team. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing Pride in London’s social media campaigns to life with dynamic, impactful video and multimedia content, helping connect with diverse audiences while amplifying our mission of inclusivity and celebration.
Your Team
You’ll be joining the Pride in London social team, working closely with the Head of Social Media and Content Strategy, a copywriter, and other key team members. Together, you’ll create engaging content that reflects the energy and diversity of Pride in London.
Your Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including short video highlights, reels, promotional clips, animations, and long-form videos optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Capture and edit video content showcasing behind-the-scenes moments, key event highlights, advocacy efforts, and LGBTQ+ lifestyle stories.
- Stay up to date with multimedia trends, ensuring all content resonates with our audience and adheres to the highest production standards.
What You’ll Bring to Pride in London
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation, including video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
- A creative flair for storytelling through video, with the ability to manage both filming and post-production workflows.
- Familiarity with social media platform requirements and a passion for LGBTQ+ advocacy.

About Pride in London
Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBTQ+ communities and improve the event.
Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
