Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Pride in the City is Pride in London’s year-round inclusion programme for businesses and
organisations. It provides members with access to workplace inclusion training, community engagement events, brand visibility, discounted services, and Pride Parade opportunities helping employers create authentic and sustainable LGBTQ+ inclusion in their workplaces.

Time Commitment & Term
Approximately 6-8 hours per week, with flexibility around peak activity periods.
Attendance to online Leadership Weekly Meetings as well as, In Person Monthly All Team Meetings. Team meetings and key Pride in the City events is expected.
Your Responsibilities
Membership Delivery & Engagement
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Pride in the City membership programme.
- Manage onboarding, renewals, and engagement with corporate and community members.
- Coordinate delivery of member benefits, including training sessions, events, networking opportunities, and visibility campaigns.
- Support the creation of engaging member communications and updates.
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing partners and sponsors.
- Identify opportunities for new corporate partnerships or collaborations that align with
- Pride in London’s values.
- Work with the Director of Partnerships & Growth to manage partnership agreements and reporting requirements.
Programme Planning & Operations
- Support the planning and delivery of Pride in the City events throughout the year (in person and virtual).
- Collaborate with Communications, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of member activities.
- Monitor member feedback and use insights to improve delivery and satisfaction.
Reporting & Evaluation
- Track membership numbers, engagement levels, and partnership activity.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Director of Partnerships & Growth and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Contribute to the development of Pride in the City’s annual strategy and growth plans.
What you'll bring to Pride in London
Essential
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience working with or engaging corporate partners, clients, or stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a volunteer-led environment.
- A passion for LGBTQ+ equality, inclusion, and community building.
Desirable
- Experience in corporate partnerships, events, membership management, or marketing.
- Understanding of workplace diversity and inclusion principles.
- Previous experience in not-for-profit or volunteer-led organisations.

Although a lot of our work is completed remotely, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet with your team and others throughout the year to not only plan what's ahead but to socialise too.

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBTQ+ communities and improve the event.
Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
