To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.
With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

The Pride In London Operations Team is looking for three confident and creative people to join the Administrative Team as Operations Administrators. Our first Operations Administrator will oversee the General Operations Team, including team wide organisation, timelines, deadlines and general “day to day” tasks of keeping the Operations Team running. Our second Operations Administrator will primarily work within the Talent & Stages team, assisting in all administrative tasks and providing consistent communications and support within delivering Pride 2026’s performance acts. Our third Operations Administrator will take a liaison role between the Operations and Finance team to ensure all invoices are correctly submitted and sufficient records are kept across the various internal teams. All Operations Administrators will have the opportunity to create, improve and implement internal organisation systems and lead on initiatives within the Operational teams.
This role has a flexible start time however we would be looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Availability to volunteer on the day of the event is essential.
Availablilty to attend in person Ops Meetings in Central London on specific Saturdays each month and all Saturdays across June is desired.

Your Responsibilities
Oversee and co-ordinate a variety of operational systems designed to collate and present data and information within the Pride Team.
Manage existing documentation and systems of work while also suggesting new ways of working and improvements across the Pride Operations Team.
Liaise with different departments both within the Operations Team and externally within other Pride departments to ensure deadlines are met and volunteers feel supported throughout their roles.
Assist and complete “day to day” tasks to keep the Operations Team running smoothly.

What you'll bring to Pride in London
Strong Administrative Skills: Ability to manage and troubleshoot potential complex administrative systems containing large amounts of data both within google suite and on external websites.
High Attention to Detail: Ability to have an understanding of the big picture while still maintaining all details and submitted information is correct.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information to a range of volunteers and individuals in a user friendly and clear manner.
High Confidence in Desicion Making: Ability to lead decisions around administrative tasks and adapt as necessary while working alongside both internal and external team members.
Strong Management Skills: Ability to manage personal time and tasks effectively as well as leading and supporting others when necessary.
Strong Sense of Deadlines and Time Awareness: Creating appropriate timelines for tasks and ensuring deadlines are met organisation wide.
High Level of Collaboration and Team Work: An ability to work within a team and alongside a range of individuals, all with different backgrounds, specialisms and approaches to tasks. A willingness to work together to solve problems and seek information and assistant when required.
Commitment to Inclusivity: A deep understanding and respect for LGBTQIA+ rights, with a commitment to ensuring a positive and inclusive event experience.

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBTQ+ communities and improve the event.
Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
