With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role
Role Start Date: January 2026
Role End/Review Date: August 2026
This is a great role for anyone that works in events that wants to get a new string to their bow. You will be the main point of contact for one of our stages on the day and will have a team who you will oversee. The Production lead will collate and collect all artist information prior to Pride in London. This includes lyrics, music and production requirements. On the day you will be the linchpin between the Talent, Stage Management and wider Pride Team, ensuring that all production elements are in place for each artist prior to their arrival.
You will need to ensure the above process takes place and muck in some times to help during busy times.
Working with the Talent Team you will ensure the artist has an effortless time.
The role requires interaction with performers, suppliers, community group and other affiliates of Pride in London so good communication skills are key.
You should have a good understanding of events and production.
The Stages Team is responsible for delivering an authoritative, inclusive diverse production across currently 4 sites on the day of Pride in London, Leicester Square, Dean Street, Golden Square, Trafalgar Square including when required additional talent support to Family Area.
Your Responsibilities
Mentoring, guiding and training junior members of the team.
Overseeing the team collecting, monitoring and recording of alls stage content from artist. This includes tracks, lyrics, production requirements and any other relevant information. This is mainly email based and requires requesting and then recording all data as it is sent in. You will need to be across this and may need to help the team collect this information.
Have a full understanding of the status of the stage at all times and be able to report back to the Head of Stages/ Pride in London senior stakeholders.
Role model for Pride in London’s values and behaviours
Support by providing necessary tools/knowledge/experience to enable delivery of plans in a timely manner
Team management experience would be preferred but isn’t essential
You must be free to work on the day of Pride in London
Ensure that production is in the interests of the LGBT+ community and meet with diversity and inclusion
Maintain high levels awareness surrounding current threats and challenges toward the LGBT+ Community - advises directors of risks and potential mitigation
What you'll bring to Pride in London
Events & production experience with understanding of stage management and technical requirements
Team leadership skills - ability to oversee, mentor and coordinate junior team members
Strong communication & organisation - excellent email management and stakeholder liaison skills
Available on Pride in London event day (mandatory requirement)
Commitment to LGBT+ inclusion - understanding of community values and diversity priorities
Flexible problem-solver - can multitask across multiple stages and work under pressure

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBTQ+ communities and improve the event.
Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
