Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will work under the Head of Production to ensure the seamless delivery of our core brand campaign and marketing assets. You will be the glue that connects our creative vision with tangible outputs, managing timelines and workflows for design deliverables and event-specific marketing collateral. This role is vital in ensuring our message reaches the city effectively and on schedule.
This role has a flexible start time; we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. This role carries an average volunteer commitment of approximately 6–8 hours per week, with flexibility around peak periods. Increased availability during the final campaign roll out leading up to the Pride event is essential.

Your Responsibilities
Support the Head of Production in the end-to-end delivery of the annual brand campaign.
Manage project timelines, ensuring design and marketing deliverables are met on time.
Act as a central point of contact between the creative team and external production partners.
Coordinate the workflow of marketing assets for digital, social, and physical event spaces.
Track progress and provide regular status updates to senior marketing leadership.
Identify potential risks to delivery and proactively work to find solutions.
What you'll bring to Pride in London
Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing creative or marketing projects from concept to delivery.
Organisational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously.
Stakeholder Management: Confidence in communicating with designers, copywriters, and senior volunteers.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming production bottlenecks.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: A genuine passion for LGBTQ+ equality and Pride in London’s values.

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBTQ+ communities and improve the event.
